The SDGs are 17 goals agreed upon by 193 countries to realize a more sustainable and prosperous humanity and planet by 2030.
In September 2019, 5th Element Group PBC sponsored and co-hosted The SDG Frontier Finance Forum at UN Headquarters in New York City. At that gathering, an SDG-inspired charitable funds administrator (The 5th Element Foundation Fund) and a related collaborative community (The 5th Element Foundation) were announced to accelerate the path to achieving the UN’s Global Goals by 2030.

We believe that relational, cross-silo collaboration is essential to building omniwin partnerships to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. To facilitate that, we created a community of the like-minded, called The 5th Element Foundation.
As a community of brand leaders, institutional donors, impact investors and SDG solution-makers, we participate in some of the world’s most celebrated events relating to socio-economic and environmental impact — and we even help host events all our own. We also work to serve each 5th Element Foundation member with services and experiences personalized to them and their lifework agenda.

TAX PLANNING BENEFITS
A DAF facilitates tax-beneficial giving options for donor-investors and helps align investments by converting donations into funding accounts for Mission-Related Investments (“MRI”).
DONATION INCLUSIVITY
A DAF can accept liquid and illiquid assets including collectibles, real estate, stocks, bonds and cash. A DAF can also accepts digital assets as well, with no fiat conversion required.
MOONSHOTÂ INVESTMENTS
A community of donors can leverage the services and resources of other partners/donors to multiply the impact of their donation through match giving, collective marketing, contests, etc.

SDG People® is a story-catching campaign to share the unique contributions of people all over the world to make an impact toward the achievement of the UN SDGs by 2030. We will share here pictures, stories, profiles and award-winners who inspire us in our shared efforts to create a more flourishing humanity.
